  • Breastfeeding and postpartum support group can be incredibly beneficial for new mothers navigating the challenges and joys of breastfeeding and adjusting to life after childbirth. It provides a safe space where mothers can seek guidance and receive the support they need to be successful.

  • Group is led by experienced lactation consultants that can offer guidance on breastfeeding techniques and address common issues like latching difficulties, milk supply concerns, or nipple pain; as well as infant development and postpartum health and nutrition.

  • The postpartum period is marked by a range of emotions, from joy and excitement to anxiety and sadness. Group encourages connection with other mothers who are going through similar experiences and can foster a sense of camaraderie and help alleviate feelings of isolation.

  • In addition to breastfeeding support, we offer education on postpartum wellness topics such as self-care, health and nutrition, and how to seek help for postpartum depression or anxiety
